walking front feet tutorial

front feet when you are walking
normal people's the front of feet must contact floor with heel.
But I have unusual lower leg muscle and tendon, I cannot do this. My finger touching the floor instead.
Gastronemiua, Soleus and Archilles tendon are the problem parts of me.
